1. What should I do if I lost my membership card?

Stop in at either of the recreation offices to replace the lost pass. Locations include: the Recreation Administration Office, 14600 Ravinia Avenue or the Sportsplex, 11351 W. 159th Street.

2. Are children eligible for a Stay and Play Club membership?

You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a Stay and Play Club membership card. Children under the age of 18 are included under the family membership.

3. Can I share my membership card?

You can share your membership card with family members living in the same household. You may not share it with friends and family not living in the same household. Please encourage friends to register themselves! It's free!

4. Can I let my child use the offer if I am not present during redemption?

Yes, we will track the offers used. Please keep in mind that some offers may not be used more than once. Some age restrictions may apply.

5. Will the offers have an expiration date?

Each offer and benefit will have its own set of restrictions. Please be sure to read each offer thoroughly before redeeming.

6. Can I participate without an email address?

Yes, you can stop by one of the recreation offices to see what the specials and offers are, but please keep in mind some of the offers will be spontaneous offers and need to be redeemed the same day.
