The Village of Orland Park, Illinois is requesting bids for demolition of the former Orland Plaza located at 143rd and LaGrange Road. The project will include furnishing all labor and material for demolition and legal disposal of the demolished materials, up to the travel agency and bank. The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, complete demolition of the existing building and perimeter, including the sidewalks and removal of associated walls, roof and masonry materials. The building must be leveled to floor or foundation. The project completion date must be on or before March 29, 2013. No fill will be needed.
