1. What are the Sportsplex membership fees?

2. What is the difference between a member and a resident?

Residents pay the daily drop-in fee for all activities/childcare at the Sportsplex. Track usage is free to residents. If you purchase a membership, at the Sportsplex, then most activities are included with a member fee for childcare and eligible programs.

3. How do I cancel my membership?

Membership agreements may not be terminated prior to the end of the initial term, unless:
A)The member moves more than 25 miles from the facility and provides proof of the move in the form of a new driver's license and utility bill.
B) The member becomes permanently disabled and provides documentation to support the claim.

All termination requests must be made in writing to the Sportsplex Administrator, at least 30 days prior to the requested termination date.

Memberships will not be terminated or extended for lack of use.
Memberships which are prematurely cancelled for any reason, including those identified above, will be assessed a $100 early cancellation fee, in addition to any other fees which may be due.

Month-to-month, auto-renewal memberships may be cancelled after the initial membership term with 30 days notice.

4. Can I suspend my membership?

Members may suspend their membership once per 12-month membership term due to documented medical reasons or temporary relocation. Suspensions will not be granted on retroactive basis. Memberships will only be suspended for a minimum of three months to a maximum of six months.
During a suspension, memberships under the monthly payment plan will continue to be charged. Additional months, at zero fees, will be added to the membership to offset these charges.

6. Can I purchase a month-to-month membership?

Sportsplex has 3 and 12 month memberships available without an initiation fee. Twelve month memberships may be paid on a monthly basis utilizing automatic credit card payments.
