How do you register for programs?
Mail-in/Drop Box, Touch Tone, Fax or Walk-in.

Can I register by phone?
Phone registration is not accepted. Please inquire about our Touch Tone registration.
3.
What is Touch Tone registration?
Touch Tone allows you to register using the phone lines for certain recreation programs. Prior to being eligible a Touch Tone form must be filled out and submitted for approval.

When are the new brochures coming out?
Brochures to post office, February 29, 2008

When is registration for residents?
March 9, 2008

What is drop off registration?
Registrations for residents only will be accepted upon receipt of the brochure and held until input day, 3/9/08, and will then be entered on a random basis along with any forms received on this day. Touch Tone registration will also begin at this time for residents. After this date, all subsequent resident registrations will be entered on a first come, first served basis.

Do non-residents have registration options?
A non-resident membership fee of $250 per year per family can be purchased to offset the cost of recreation programming, Centennial pool membership and youth athletic group non-resident fees. Please call either administrative office for details. (708)403-7275 or (708)645-7529

What are acceptable methods of payment?
Cash, Check, Discover, Master Card or Visa

How do I know what price to pay for programs?
Pricing groups: resident (R), non-resident (N), resident senior (S), and Sportsplex member (M). To verify your pricing group plase call either administrative office (708)403-7275 or (708)645-7529
11.
Do you prorate if I sign up late for a program?
Programs are not prorated.

What is a Resident?
Anyone residing within the corporate limits of the Village of Orland Park.

How do I get a Resident card?
You may go to either recreation office at the Franklin Loebe Center or Sportsplex . You would need to show two of the following denoting the same address, one must be a photo ID.
Adults: Valid driver's license/state ID/passport, a current utility bill/payroll check/, real estate tax bill. Anyone 18 years or older would need to sign their own Resident ID registration form.
Youth: Social Security card, birth certificate, school ID, current report card, passport. After verification of residency, a photo ID will be issued to any resident 3 years and older.

When are the new brochures coming out?
Brochures are published three times per year. Seasonally they are Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer.

When is registration for residents?
Resident registrations will be accepted upon receipt of the brochure and held until input date.

When is registration for non-residents?
Non-residents may register twelve days after resident registration.

What is drop off registration?
