Additionally, if you return to the payment history page you will see yourtransaction as "Pre-Authorized", "Pending" or "Applied".
"Pre-Authorized" means your payment has been approved by your credit card company and submitted for processing. "Pending" means the Finance Department is processing the payment. “Applied” means the payment transaction has been completed and posted to your account.
Allow two business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for online payments to apply to your account.
Also, you may call us at (708) 403-6175 to receive your PIN Hint. You entered this hint upon initial selection of your PIN. If you still cannot remember your PIN, we will need to reset your account. You will then have to complete the initial registration again, including selecting a new personal PIN.
For security reasons, only the PIN hint and not your actual PIN is provided over the phone.
Replying to the email message does not activate your account; you have to click on the activation link or copy and paste it into your browser.

If you entered an inactive or invalid email address, just call us at (708) 403-6175 and ask to have your account reset.
You will then need to complete the initial registration process again.
