New Landscaping Watering Permit Application

A Landscaping Watering Permit is only required during peak water conservation. Submit the application below for new landscaping watering requests that fall between May 15 and September 15.

The application you are submitting will be processed by the Public Works Department. An approved permit will allow ten (10) consecutive days of watering/sprinkling for the newly planted items only.

The Public Works Department will check your submittal for validity. The landscaping must
be installed at the time it is checked and will either receive approval or denial of the application at that time. The Permit will be left at the front door of the location.

If possible, please allow 3 days for processing the application.

Watering with automatic/manual sprinklers or watering manually will be allowed everyday for the following time:
7:00 am to 11:00 am
AND
7:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Watering outside the area designated or the times permitted will cause the permit to be forfeited and the owner subject to a fine of up to $750 per offense per day.
