The Village Clerk performs duties as required by State Statute and Village Ordinance.

The Village Clerk attends board and committee meetings, publishes resolutions and ordinances, and serves as the custodian of all Village documents not in custody of another Village officer.

The Clerk also acts as Orland Park's local Elections official.
