The Planning and Engineering Division is committed to improving the quality of life through design oversight of the Village's built and natural environments. 

This includes planning for the immediate future as well as planning for many years ahead.  It also ranges from individual project site design to regional and neighborhood planning efforts.

The Development Services Team and the Public Works Department have developed a 2013 Capital Improvements Program Map.  The map highlights a variety of projects that are being completed by the Village, IDOT, Will County, Cook County, Forest Preserve District of Cook County, MWRD, and Oak Lawn.
