Major Crime Team
Overview
The Major Crime Team includes the collaboration of investigators and technicians who arrive on the scene of major cases within the first few hours after the commission of a crime. The use of the Major Crime Team is related to the seriousness of the crime, the number of suspects or witnesses to be interviewed, and the area to be canvassed.
