Division Commander
Overview
Commander Patrick Duggan

Patrick Duggan has been a member of the Orland Park Police Department for over 24 years.  He has served in all divisions of the department, with assignments as a patrol officer, investigator, field supervisor, investigations supervisor and administrative supervisor.

Commander Duggan has also served as the Department’s Firearms and Training Coordinator, a member of the Special Response Team and a member of the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force.

Commander Duggan holds an Associate in Science in Criminal Justice Degree from Calumet College, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Lewis University and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Governors State University.  He is also a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Staff and Command.  Commander Duggan is married and has three children.
