The Village of Orland Park's purchasing function is responsible for the procurement of goods and services necessary for the operation and maintenance of all Village departments and facilities.  All purchases begin with some form of written quotation, bid or proposal and are made in accordance with Illinois State Statutes, as well as Village ordinances.
