Administration
Overview

The Administrative Division coordinates and performs vital administrative, financial, and technological services for the Public Works department. This branch facilitates and supports a broad array of activities.

We fulfill the outreach and education, workplace safety, budget and financial analysis, and purchasing and procurement needs of the Department. Functions include:
  • Customer Service / Call Center
  • Administrative support to executive staff
  • Budget development, monitoring, and control
  • Capital Improvement Projects 
  • Purchasing, procurement, and contract administration
  • Workplace Safety Programs
  • Public education and outreach
