The V & E Division is responsible for procuring and maintaining the Village-owned fleet. This includes preparing specifications for purchases, scheduled, non-scheduled and emergency repairs, preventative maintenance and supplying fuel for Village vehicles and equipment.

The Village continues to use B5 Bio-Diesel fuel as a renewable alternative fuel and to lower diesel emissions.

The Vehicle and Equipment Division hosts an annual Vehicle and Equipment Auction, usually in the spring. The auction is sponsored by the Southwest Conference of Mayors.
