The Village of Orland Park bills for water, sewer, storm water and garbage service.

To activate your water and garbage service, please complete the Water Billing Activation/Move-In Form.

Water service customers of the Village receive bills on a bi-monthly basis. It may take up to three months to get your first bill; subsequent to that first bill, you will receive a bi-monthly bill by approximately the last day of every other month. Charges are based on actual water consumption; if we are unable to obtain an actual reading, an estimate based on prior consumption will be made.

Garbage Service is provided by Waste Management, Inc. For any questions regarding garbage service (pickup day, garbage containers, recycling, etc.), please contact Waste Management, Inc. directly at (800) 796-9696.

The Village of Orland Park requires residents to display vehicle stickers on the front lower passenger side window of all autos owned by the resident. You have 30 days from the date you move in to the Village to acquire a sticker for each vehicle. Vehicle stickers can be purchased at the Village Hall.
