When to Obtain a License
Business licenses for businesses with a commercial location in the Village of Orland Park must be obtained from the Development Services Department when:
  • Starting a new business
  • Relocating a business
  • Expanding a business
  • Changing ownership of a business

Application and Permits

In addition to the business license application, occupancy, and zoning permits are also required under most circumstances. For pro-rated business license fees, view the Table of Prorated License Fees.

When deciding on a location for your new business, call the Development Services Department at 708-403-5300 to make sure the area you are looking at is zoned properly for the type of business you plan to open.
