Overview
All Contractors working in the Village of Orland Park are required to be licensed and bonded with the Village.

Complete the Contractor License Application and submit with the license requirements listed below.

License Requirements

Electrical Contractor - Copy of Electrical Registration*	$75	$20,000
Roofing Contractor - Copy of State Roofing License	$75	$20,000
Plumbing Contractor - Copy of State Plumbing License
Other Sub Contractors	$75	$20,000

Please note:  All bonds need to be made out to "Village of Orland Park".  All bonds must state what type of contractor they are being issued for ie:  General, Electrical, Carpentry, etc.  All Contractor Licenses expire on December 31st of the year they are issued.
