Cold Weather Requirements  A Permit is required for all flat work, interior and exterior, including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, etc. Fee for the permit is $60.

Due to weather conditions in our region, the Village of Orland Park has a cut off date for exterior concrete flatwork. This period will begin on November 15th and extend to March 15th for flatwork which typically includes driveways, sidewalks, and exposed slabs on grade.
