Real Estate Sales Trailers are permitted per Village of Orland Park Land Development Code, Article 6, Part 3, Section 6-304, Item 2. Consult this section of the code for detailed requirements and restrictions.

Required at the time of application for a permit:

Permit fees, including building, electrical, and plumbing, will be determined upon completion of permit review.

Note: The need for toilet room facilities is to be determined by the plumbing inspector.
