Permit is required for installation, replacement, and repair of all fences.
Fee for the permit is $60.
Needed to apply:
Completed
Building Permit Application
Legible copy of your plat of survey
Fence type and height
Name of contractor (If one is being used)
Cost of work
Signed copy of
Fence Installation Rules & Requirements
Fences on corner lots require a field check by an inspector before permit can be issued for a fence replacement.
Required Inspections
A Final
Inspection
is required upon completion of the fence installation. Post hole inspections are not required for fences.
Final inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
