Garage, House, Apartment and Yard Sales
Overview
Per the Village of Orland Park, Land Development Code, Section 6-304-C.5, House, Apartment, Garage, and Yard Sales are permitted in any residential district, provided that:
  • Such sale is limited to the personal possessions of the owner-occupants of the dwelling unit and their neighbors.
  • The house, apartment, garage and yard sales are not to exceed a three (3) consecutive day period.
  • No residence shall conduct more than three (3) such sales in a twelve (12) month period.

No permit is required.
