Gazebos
Overview
Permit is required for installation of all gazebos.

Permit fee is $60.

A plan review is required for all gazebo permits.

Maximum lot coverage is limited for each Zoning District. See the Village Land Development Code, Article 6, Part 2, District Regulations, for complete information.

Needed to apply for permit:
  • Completed permit application
  • Recent legible copy of legal Plat of Survey showing existing building and setbacks to lot lines

Required Inspections
Post hole inspection is required as well as a final inspection upon completion of the work.  Please submit an inspection request.  24 hour notice is required for all inspections.  Inspection requests are not taken over the phone.
