Permit fee is $60.
A plan review is required for all gazebo permits.
Maximum lot coverage is limited for each Zoning District. See the Village Land Development Code,
Article 6, Part 2, District Regulations, for complete information.
Needed to apply for permit:
- Completed permit application
- Recent legible copy of legal Plat of Survey showing existing building and setbacks to lot lines
