Permit is required for hot tubs.

Permit fee is $60.

If the hot tub will be part of a deck installation, a drawing must be submitted showing the location of the tub in the deck. See deck permit section for further information.

A self-latching or locking top is required for all hot tubs.

A separate electrical permit is required for hot tubs. If the hot tub is being placed on an existing patio, only an electrical permit is required. The fee for the electrical permit is $90. All exterior lighting and outlets shall be ground fault protected.

Final Inspection upon completion of work.  24 hour notice is required for all inspections.  Please submit inspection requests.
