Reroofs
Overview
Permit is required for all reroofs, with or without a tear off.

Fee for permit is $60.

Needed to apply for permit:

Note: Ice and water shield installation is required under shingles to 24 inches inside of exterior wall line on ALL tear-offs.


Inspections Required

Final Inspection upon completion of work. Inspection requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.  Please submit an inspection request.

Final Inspections are not taken over the phone.
