Personal Training
Program Overview

Our certified and experienced personal trainers will consult with you regarding your health history, goals and fitness level. They will then design a safe workout program based on that information and needs. Trainers will work one-on-one with you or as a group (up to four people). If you are interested in personal training, fill out an informational sheet at the fitness or registration desk. Training is available for adults and youth, ages 8 to 14 years old.

Sessions

Personal training is the best way to learn how to work out or enhance your current workout.
  • Clients meet with a trainer anywhere from one to five times per week.
  • Sessions are 55 minutes long.
  • Sessions are scheduled individually through each trainer.
  • Personal training request forms are available at the Sportsplex fitness desk.

Training Programs

Personal training programs are done for many reasons including:
  • Direction
  • Motivation
  • Rehabilitation
  • Sports performance enhancement
  • Weight loss

Requirements

Personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length and expire one-year after purchase. If you have any questions, please see Fitness Manager Deborah Geghen. Prices are per person and those signing up together must train together.
