Personal Training
Our certified and experienced personal trainers can design a safe workout program to suit any of your needs. Trainers will work one-on-one with you to design a customized fitness routine. This service is offered for individual training or as a group to Sportsplex members (up to four people). Fill out an informational sheet at the fitness or registration desk if you are interested. Training is available for adults and youth, ages 8 to 14 years old.

Sessions
Personal training is the best way to learn how to work out or enhance your current workout.
  • Clients meet with a trainer anywhere from one to five times per week.
  • Sessions are 55 minutes long.
  • Sessions are scheduled individually through each trainer.
  • Personal training request forms are available at the Sportsplex fitness desk.

Personal training programs are done for many reasons including:

Program Overview
  • Personal trainers will consult with you regarding your health history, goals, and fitness level and then design a  program based on that information.
  • Trainers will then work with you one-on-one to help you attain your goals.

Requirements
Personal training sessions are 55 minutes in length and expire one-year afte purchase. If you have any questions, please see Fitness Manager Deborah Geghen. Prices are per person and those signing up together must train together.
