All rentals require a $200 refundable security deposit and a $1 per person service charge when food is brought into the facility.  More than 200 guests require a $300 security deposit .
5 hour minimum on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
*Flexible rates apply to small groups, call for details.
Friday Exceptions: Parties with 100 guests or less, $55 per hour.
                               Parties of 100 guests or more, $110 per hour.
