The Village is pleased to announce that you can now pay, as well as view your utility bill, including historical charges, payments and usage, all ONLINE!

To begin the registration process you will need:

• A Valid Email Address
• Your Utility Account Number
• The Amount of Your Last Payment

It takes three steps to become a registered user.

Step 1: Create your online account. You need to have your account number and the exact amount of your last payment to complete this step.

Step 2: Enter a PIN (password) for your online account. Your PIN should be a minimum of 6 characters.

Enter a PIN "hint"; which serves as a reminder to you of how you made up your password.

Enter your email address twice; just to verify that you have entered it correctly.

Step 3: Within a few moments you will receive an email message that contains a link to activate your account. To complete the registration process, you must respond by clicking the link or copying and pasting it in your browser. Once your account is activated, you will sign in with your account number and PIN and may begin using the site.

Keep the email with your PIN number in a safe place. Your account number and PIN are required every time to log in to the Payment Center.

You can pay your bill with Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards, or a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo will be processed as a credit card.

When you're ready to make a your payment, just click the "Pay Now" button on the account information screen.

Our Water Bill Payment Center provides you access to your account information at any time from the convenience of your home or office. You don't have to call us to answer your routine billing or inquiry issues. You can now access the following information whenever you need to: 

• View your Current Bill and Water Consumption 
• View your Bill History
• View your Water Consumption History
• View your Payment History
