The village continues to provide our employees with a comprehensive benefit program guided by choice, consumerism and wellness. The benefits program includes choices of medical/RX plans, dental and vision benefits, employee and dependent life insurance benefits, and FSA benefits.

Benefits are effective on the an employee's date of hire or date of qualified life change event. Benefits end on the last day of the month following end of employment or qualified life change event.

Voluntary supplemental benefit choices are also available through AFLAC and NCPERS.

Union employees should also refer to their respective CBA.
