Employee Policy Manual
The Employee Policy Manual provides employees a summary of personnel policies and practices. This manual is intended to be used as a reference tool and each employee has a responsibility to read it thoroughly.

Employees covered under collective bargaining agreements should also refer to their respective agreements.

Sexual Harassment Policy
The Village of Orland Park is committed to providing a workplace that is free from all forms discrimination, including sexual harassment. Each employee of this municipality bears the responsibility to refrain from sexual harassment in the workplace.

Smoke-Free Workplace Policy
To protect and enhance our indoor air quality and to contribute to the health and well-being of all employees, the Village of Orland Park has implemented a policy to promote a smoke-free workplace.

Social Media Policy
The popularity of these media and the fact that the Village now has established and uses Village sponsored Facebook pages, Twitter feeds and other devices calls for the setting out of guidelines for acceptable use, both on official Village media and for personal use by persons identifying themselves as employed by or affiliated with the Village and its various Departments.

AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement

The agreement between the Village of Orland Park and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) was done by the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO) Council 31 on behalf of Affiliated Local 368. 
DCC Meet and Confer Agreement
