Peak Water Conservation Restrictions Return May 15

Orland Park's Water Conservation Program is in effect year round. Lawn sprinkling is only permitted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., throughout the entire year.

From May 15 to Septemer 15 of each year, peak water conservation measures are in effect, permitting lawn sprinkling on an odd-even address basis only.

Homes and businesses with addresses ending in 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8, may sprinkle between 7:00 am and 11:00 am or 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm only on even-numbered days.

Homes and businesses with addresses ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 may sprinkle between 7:00 am and 11:00 am or 7:00 pm and 11:00 pm only on odd-numbered days.

Those violating the village's water usage provisions are subject to fines of $750 for each offense.

Each day of violation and each violating location shall be considered a separate offense.
