The Village of Orland Park Comedy Improv Team has a growing following. The group performs on select Friday nights at Orland Park's Old Village Hall, 14413 South Beacon Avenue, two blocks west of LaGrange Road. Free parking is available behind the building.

"We have a very talented, very funny comedy improv team," said Orland Park Recreation Program Supervisor Stephanie Simpson. "This is a fun, local night out and you can't beat the price of admission," she added.

The team will perform from 8 p.m to 10 p.m. on March 30, April 20, May 18 and June 22. The group will perform at the Taste of Orland Park 2012 in August, and once a month in the fall.

Shows are limited to those over the age of eighteen. Admission is $6.00, payable at the door.

"We've had groups of friends come for a great time," Simpson said. "The improv shows are also a nice date night option for couples looking for something inexpensive to enjoy close to home," she added.

Auditions for next season's improve team will be held August 14 and 15. Further information about the team is available by calling the Village of Orland Park Recreation Department at 708/403-7275.
